John's background combines deep financial expertise with real-world homebuilding experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina, and honed his skills in public accounting at Forvis before transitioning to the homebuilding industry.

Throughout his career, John has played a key role in the financial success of multiple organizations. He served as CFO at Sabal Homes until their successful acquisition by Toll Brothers, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex financial transactions. He then brought his talents to Hunter Quinn Homes, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted financial leader in the homebuilding industry.
